From the first meeting with Alex (sales) to the installment with Steve we had a great experience with Horizon. Alex listened to exactly what we wanted and showed us the options. When Steve arrived, with the doors, for installation he was very professional. When an issue with the glass was discovered he immediately took a picture, contacted the manufacturer and requested a new piece. He stated, "You paid for a perfect door and that is what you deserve".
